Ok, this is pretty easy.
The van that initiates the "home invasion" is next to where CJ and Ryder go to start busting drug dealers. Do you recall "Bear" who fell victim to a cocaine addiction? Well the van is there. Go down the main road, and take a left, it's in the condo area, where your first GF is.
