How to handle the mods?

Hi recently I bought gta san andreas with special mods written on the packaging , I installed it but it seem nothing different to me , can anyone give me some information about how to use the special mods..Thank you

Well I can tell you how to get mods go to gta worldmods.de and it will give you two pics click the one on the left and let it load when it's done loading on the left where it says gta iv scroll down and look for gta san andreas downloads click on tools then when loaded skroll down and look for alices edit thing click on the pic and when loaded on the right it will say download click it when done loading click on save not open click save and then on the right click save then it will come up with all the stuff you have on you desktop then click the x on the top right then go back to gta worldmods.de and on the left skroll down till you see gta san andreas downloads and click on vehicles or what ever you are wanting to download and there willbe a list then click whatever you want on it then click the pic that will come up and on the right click download,save,save,and hit the x again and open gta san andreas and then look for what ever you downloaded and have fun.Hope I helped.
