how do you install modded cars?

Hi guys I havent bought the actual Pc version yet, but I was downloading some modded cars earlier and they appear as winrar files. AND how do you actually get them onto the game? Please somebody reply!!

You have to attach them to the game files, go here:

That site explains howto add mods to the game.
