Hi I know how to install cars but I can't install wepons bulidings and clothes so can you tell me in full detail plz and do you know where I cna buy I new gta sa pc game around wales because mine broke so can you tell me plzzzzzz

You should be able to install the mods the same way you do the car mods.
And for buyin the game, you should be able to buy a copy (I don't think they make anymore, so it will probably be pre-owned or an old copy) from any good games shops, like gamestation, GAME etc.

Get a script file for your mod and add it to the folder/zip/rar. File.
You can find most script files on forums. If you are using SAMI then a script file will help to install it.
