First off all find a place, or get a car to protect yourself.
Secondly recruit some of your "homies".
Thirdly, get better weapons. I recommend the M4 or AK47, Desert Eagle, SMG and a lot of grenades. (A combat shotgun wouldn't hurt, either).
If all else fails, use what this website was made for : cheating. So just enable the infinite health cheat and you are good to go.
