How do you tranform Kyrem into white kyrem or black kyrem?

There is no black kyurem there is only the original or the shiny forms.

Actually yes you can in the new games that are coming out on October 7th there is a way to do it but only in Black 2 and White 2

Get a kyrem and get Pokemon b2 or w2 than you can du it

Yes you can you just need if you have kyurem all you need is zekrom to turn it into black kyurem or reshiram to turn into white kyurem if you know how to merge them there you go you have it if you need more answers ask I am a great Pokemon master so trust me

Yes you can all you need is kyurem and one of the legendary Pokemon zekrom or reshiram and you have to merge them together zekrom merged will be black kyurem and reshiram merged will be white kyurem hope I helped don't know how to merge though ask anymore questions about Pokemon and I will answer I hade every version and watched every movie and show so ask me if you want to I am a master

Theres this key item called the DNA splicers that drayden gives you at some point, and you can fuse them then, all you have to do is select USE, then select kyurem, and select reshiram/zekrom and a transformation animation will play, similar to the Giratina formes, but a different colour and with two pokemon.
