Maybe this is the problem: You forgot to save it BEFORE you did to summon them there. But here's how to get them back: First you have to have the National Pokedex. To get it meet every Pokemon in Sinnoh and talk to Professor Rowan. Go to Canalave City and go to Canalave Library. Read the book called "The Original Story". Then go to Turnback Cave. Find three pillars. Every time you find one talk to the Unown on them. They will say numbers like,"1" and then there will be one on the bottom like,"12". After you find the third pillar go in any room and you will find Giratina. Battle him. Catch or defeat him. Then go out of Turnback Cave and Dialga and Palkia will be there again, unless you still have Dialga but Palkia will still be there. Also Mespirit will be in Verity Cavern. Uxie will be in Acuity Cavern. Azlef will be in Valor Cavern. Mespirit is a Roaming Pokemonm, so you can't catch him in Verity Cavern. You will have to catch him from Twinleaf Town to Route 230. That doesn't include Fight Area, Spring Path, Hearthome City, Valor Cavern, Sendoff Spring, Route 224, Survival Area, Resort Area, Sandgem Town, Snowpoint Temple, Snowpoint City, Acuity Cavern, Verity Lakefront, Eterna City, Floaroma Town, Fuego Ironworks, Where Shaymin is found, or Stark Mountain.
