After you get the National Pokedex. You may....

- Go to Mt. Coronet and catch Dialgia and Palkia at Spear Pillar. (First you must find the Adamant Orb and the Lustrous Orb in Mt. Coronet.)

- Visit Pal Park so you may transfer Pokemon from Pokemon FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.

- Visit Professor Oak in Eterna City and he tells you about Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno. After you talk to him the three Legendary Pokemon will start wandering throughout the Sinnoh Region. - You can re battle the Pokemon League. (their Pokemon are at higher lvs)

- Can go to catch Cresselia

- Return to the Turnback Cave and return to the Distortion World so you can get the Griseous Orb so Giratina can turn into it's orign forme outside the Distortion world. - Have all three regi's and visit the Snowpoint temple to catch regigigas

- Visit Snowpoint city and take a ferry to the fight, Survival, and Resort area. Remember to visit Mt. Stark so you can catch Heatran. Also visit the Pokemon battle frontier.

That is basically it after you get the National Pokedex. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
