If you use the Key Item Reflection Mirror on Thundurus, it will change it's form. It can only change into it's Therian Form or it's Incarnate Form.
You can obtain the Reflection Mirror if you take Therian Form Landorus to the Abundant Shrine.

If you take Meloetta to the Cafe in Castelia City, a man in the Cafe will teach Meloetta the Move Relic Song. Meloetta will change Forms when it is used in battle, if it knows Relic Song.
It will not change Forms outside of battle.
If you use the Key Item DNA Splicers, you can fuse Kyurem (if in your Party) with Reshiram or Zekrom (if in your Party). Kyurem will become Black Kyurem or White Kyurem, depending on which Pokemon you fuse it with.
If you remove the DNA Splicers, the Pokemon will separate.
If Keldeo is taught the Move Secret Sword, it will turn from it's Original Form into it's Resolute Form.
It will turn back into it's Original Form if it forgets Sacred Sword.
So first you have to get zekrom you will be given it by N secondly you have to capture kyriem which you can catch it at the giant chasm. Finally get the item which you can swich the forms of zekrom and kyriem. And there you go. Ps you have to complete the game. You can obtain Two Masterballs in this Game.
You can obtain one from Professor Juniper in Mistralton City and one from Team Plasma's Corless in Team Plasma's Frigate.
You can obtain the Super Rod from Cedric Juniper in Nuvema Town.
You can receive the Permit from Professor Juniper once you have completed the Unova Pokedex.
The Permit is a very important item. If you show it to a person in the Mistralton City Airport, you will be given a Plane Ride to the Nature Preserve.
The Shiny Charm is a Item that will cause that chances to encounter a Shiny Pokemon to increase.
You will receive the Shiny Charm from Professor Juniper after you have completed the National Pokedex.
The Round Charm is a Item that will cause the chances of your Pokemon in Daycare to have an Egg to increase.
You will receive the Round Charm from Professor Juniper after you have completed the Unova Pokedex.
HM06 (Dive) can be obtained from your Rival in Undella Town.
HM05 (Waterfall) can be obtained from N in Victory Road.
HM04 (Strength) can be obtained from your Rival in the Castelia City Sewers.
HM03 (Surf) can be obtained from Gym Leader Cheren on Route 6.
HM02 (Fly) can be obtained from Bianca on Route 5.
