Take out a Deku Stick (you get them by killing a Deku Baba that is upright) and touch the end to a lit torch. Then run to the unlit torch and touch the lit Deku Stick to it.

What you do is you paralyze a Deku Baba and then kill it and you will get a Deku Stick. Take it out and you hold it up to a lit torch and then run to the torch and light it. There will also be a big spider web in the way of a door, to get rid of that, light a deku stick and go up to the web and the web will burn away.
