What does the stone of agony do? And do you need the game pack and what is a game pack?

The stone of agony works only if you have a rumble pack. When you walk by something important or maybe a secret your controller will vibrate. If this happens play the song of storms or pull out your lens of truth to see if there is anything for you to discover. Good luck!
