How to make a baby?
You have to buy the kids toy shop which is 7500 simoleons,once you've placed it it will have a create a person sign,click on it and you can do what ever you want with your child.

OK, when a daddy loves a mommy, and a mommy loves a daddy, they hug in a special way, and nine months later...
No, seriously - you need verify that you have an available slot in your Population - to do that tap the population button at the top of the screen - that will tell you how many Sims you have, and whether or not you can add a new one.
If you CAN add a new one, place the Crib, then tap it and add a new baby via it.
