My goal is to have a scientific outbreak in a bath. Pls help!!

This requires a geeky elderly to perform the mission. How do I know or maybe how will I get the elderly to be geek?? There's no personality options for a new sim tho. Please help.

The Sims with the Science Career Path are the ones that can have that action - so have your Scientist Geeks take a lot of baths?
