Bought item from child store for 20lp not sure what it is and I
I bought a thing in the baby part if the children's store, it looks like a diaper clothes pin but bigger. It cost 20LP and I'm not sure what it is or does but I paid the 20 for it and a message popped up. I didn't get a chance to read it before my daughter pressed the ok button. So now I can't find it and I don't even know what it is.

You need to go into the house store and go into inventory, then look for the tab that has the baby icon and tap on it, then it should show you whatever you bought.
When you buy things, they always go into your inventory, so check there first. The house store is just the store you use when buying furniture and Items for your Sims. To get to the inventory open the store and tap on the icon that looks like a backpack, this is the inventory. Than just do what I mentioned above.
