How to read a magazine on the party boat

Go to the map and look for a boat next to one of the bridges, and tap on the bubble over it. This is The Party Boat, and once you enter here, all of the people that you have added in game center who have Sims Freeplay will show up here in a list, and you can go visit their Towns.

Where tons of people have posted their GC usernames. Just add some and after they accept, you'll get Neighbors. Than just tap on a name on the list and see if they have a stack of magazines in any of their Houses.
It really helps if you have a friend in real life who you can be Neighbors with, that way you can just tell them you need to do something in their town and they can place out the correct Items for you to use and vice versa. Best of luck.
