How can I get my sim to work I tryed everything plz help :(

Usually the game will tell you when your Sims need to go to work. Then, after it tells you this, go to the sim tracker at the lower left part of the screen. On the people that have to go to work, it will show a flashing suitcase. Click the suitcases and it will ask if you would like to send those sims to work.

To get your sim a Job, build a workplace on The Town Map. Then click the panel on the bottom right corner of the game. On the top of that panel there will be a suitcase. Click it. Then go down to the sim you want to get a job and click that sim. A box will come up full of Jobs. Click accept to the job you want.
To make them go to work is another story. A box will come up when it is time for them to go. When it comes up, click the lower left panel. Find the Sims with a flashing sportswriter their faces. Hope I helped!
