Question for The Sims FreePlay
What is this flying saucer all o ver town? At first it seemed to fly only at night, now it appears during the day on the map. Another thing I find odd, is the beach side housing development, I have already reached my sim limit before filling up all of my sim homes, so why the beach side houses? What good are they? This town can only hold 28 adults, and three per teens. So 31. Sounds like a screwed up city to me, to limit persons in a city. What a whacky game.

Yeah I will try and answer your question as best as I can well first look on the top left hand corner are there any Goals that you have to complete well if there are then finish them and then the flying saucer should land by the Park and then a Alien should land in your backyard and then after that another set of goals will come up on the left hand side of your screen and I think that you have to befriend the aliens. About the seaside Houses I have no clue I do agree with you it's totally strange but I'm sorry I can't answer you in the last one but I hope that the first one helped you out if not then send another question if what I said is not happening and I will do my best to help you

I finished all my goals but the flying saucer still keeps flying. How do I connect with it?

1- The UFO shows up because the time to get the construct-o-coins finish soon. During this period you need to complete the goal, and u'll be given the construct-o-coin (the spanar icon). The coin can be used to buy few high end Items, as well as stairs, escalators, and elevators. These things can be sold with a very high price. Like for my case, I bought a stairs using 60 construct-o-coins, and I sell it off with 150k. Have been doing this and now I have 4mil already.
2 - beach sound is high end house, not the same with the normal ones. So once you build this house, it would inflate you're Town Value and subsequently you're daily rewards as well.
