Is there an easy way to get LP, simoleons, CC's etc. ?

You can buy them with real money ( not construct-o-coins though) reaching relationship mile stones will usually involve LP. Also when your town is worth a certain amount sometimes Simoleons and LP are rewarded. Gardening is also a good way to get simoleons. Hope his helps!

Yeah, have your Sims level up in their hobbies. Everytime they collect the three final Objects/awards for their Hobby you get three LP. Plus, if you collect all the objects/awards often you will get a 500,000 simolean Town Value booster which increases the amount of money you get in your daily reward that comes in the mail. My town vlaue is over 40,000,000 and I get about 200,000 simoleans a day in the mail.

To get Simoleons, you have to have at least one neighbor. Go to the home store, and select Social. Press on the warships, then place them all over the house. After, go to the three dots(...) and click account manager. After that, disable game center/Facebook. Then go back into the home store and sell everyone of the social Items you bought.
