It might be another language used in the English language, stork en route might mean baby in route, in route means it's coming. Just a guess

I often wonder why it's that because why would it say "be ready" probably because you are going to have a baby, toddler, and preteen someday. I have 3 kids on Sims, so I'm very excited for my two toddlers to become preteens.

It means the baby is coming, you can choose which gender you want for the baby, it takes 24 hours

Yes you click add sim button then make the sim it's just like any other character except the fact that it's a baby

I'm guessing they're referring to the myth where storks carry down babies from clouds. In the story, the process takes a day to happen. Just a wild guess.

You can actually earn lifestyle points from building places and It helps as lots of things in sims 3 play cost heaps of lifestyle points and you can earn them from watching videosGuest answered:
The baby is coming which means you will have a child and will complete the extraordinary Two and a Half Sims Quest and will be looking after an actual child!
This means you need to buy the baby what it needs
