Question for The Sims FreePlay

The toilet picture for my baby is half full. How do I get it to go up? I changed his diaper but that is a cleanliness thing and doesn't help with the bathroom.

You can't make it increase. Like normal real babies, they go whenever they want to. In Sims Freeplay, baby sim will go when the bladder Bar empties.
