How do you unlock the beachside houses?

You need to do the tutorial, which are Goals to the buttom left, it shows a female sim and a red number in a circle click that and then follow the instructions

You have to update your Sims freeplay. If you have the 2011 one then you wont get the lady and her tasks. Update to the 2013 sims if you havnt already (go to app store and search sims freeplay, since you already have it, it will say 'update' click that and once you go back in the game it will introduce you. Then youl see the black lady in the bottomish left. Idk how to get the beach Houses tho, thats y I'm here. But it seems that you have to complete all her tutorials (tasks) then the houses are unlocked.

I did this challenge and it said I unlocked the beachside escape or whatever it's called cos I did it in the time frame but how do I get it?? It's still making me buy it?
And you have to get to level 9 and complete the challenge

Mee to I completed it in the time frame but still no house???
