I can't build a pool

You have to be on level 20 in order to bould a pool. Also, they're quite pricy.

I am over level 20 but I don't know how to build a pool

Not sure but in furniture there might be a tab for pool and items

I know how this is for ipad.
Step 1 go to build section
Step 2 tap the garden section
Step 3 then your done

You also need at least a 3x3 space to build the pool. The game does not allow you to build a pool of a smaller size than this.

You have to go to the building section, go to gardening, then drag your finger to build what size you want. I have a lot of money, but not as many lp. The game will make you pay lp too. You might not want to buy a pool if you don't have any money. I bought one and it is about 35,000 bucks!

I play on my Iphone and I have no idea what the "gardening" tab is. There is a Plants & Flowers and a Outdorr Furniture... I'm level 21 and I've looked through all the tabs and I don't see any sort of pool building app. :(

Step one go to outdoors
Step two forst tab in outdoors is pool tab
Step three you need to drag a pool on grass at least 3 by 3 square. I hope that will help
