First off you have to have two Sims of any gender be romantic' or woohoo' ( in this case woohoo is sexual intercourse), until they reach partners then there will be an option saying if you want to get engaged click that and then the will be married buy a crib and add a baby for five LP or is it three? Never mind that, add the baby and bake a cake once the cake is done click on it click on the baby afterward and the option have BirthDay' will show up click it and your baby will become a toddler bake another cake and click on it once it is done then click have birthday on your toddlers list of options and Viola! A baby,toddler and then you have a Pre-teen! A Pre-teen is a younger version of a teenager
