Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do I increase my NBR? Some items that I'd like to purchase require to have NBR, but I have no idea how to earn or get them. Please help!!

You can get Neighbors through Facebook but you have to add them as friends also. On the Sims freeplay Facebook page, there are several people looking for neighbors daily. Many people post their Game Center id. So just copy that and request them through Game Center.
