How do you make a preteen sim go to the sports center and practise karate with a sparring dummy?

Providing you've built the sports center, make sure the desired preteen is unoccupied, then navigate to the neighbourhood view and enter the sports center. From there you can call the preteen to the sports center in the same way you have other Sims visit any other location (use the whistle feature). They will show up and you can direct them to train in either Karate or Ballet.
