Sims don't get pregnant. The baby is delivered to the crib after you tap on it an icon to make a sim will appear and begin to count down timewise. When the time is up theres your baby about a day I think.

The Sims aren't really pregnant, you just buy a cot and then you customize your baby and then it appears in the cot
