Question for The Sims FreePlay

I updated my sims and the first goal after I did that was make a baby room. Then the next goal was to build the baby store. Now it's asking me to have a birthday but the problem is my sims arnt married. How do you get them married if it's a goal that makes it happen? I'm stuck on this current goal which says to have a birthday when I don't have kids cause I'm not married.

Getting married doesn't need a goal. Make 2 Sims(I think female/female and male/male works too) have romantic actions till they reach "partner", then fill up that "partner" Bar then get one to propose marriage to the other. Buy a ring, and if it "isn't too cheap"(I think the two Simoleons rings would be "too cheap", so I suggest a lifestyle points one), the other sim will accept it, then they become engaged. Once they are engaged, continue the romantic interactions and fill up the bar. They will be married. I don't remember, but they become housemates either at the "engaged" or "married" relationship. When they are married, ensure that there is a cot in the house and tap the add sim button on top of the cot. It will cost some life points, depending on how many kids you have(I've only got 1 couple so far, at the moment it depends on how many kids that couple has but I'm not sure whether it will affect the price if another couple has kids too. ). After paying the life points, you have to wait a few hours "for the stork" and you can customise the baby once the stork arrives.
Hope you found your answer! :D
