First, update the game. Then, click on the stove. Scroll to the end of the available Baking options and you should see it there as an option. It costs 20 LPs though which I am disappointed about.

Are you guys on quest for toddlers? Beacause you cant bake a cake until your completly done with the quest, btw baking a cake takes 24 hours and is now only 5 LP

To unlock the toddlers qeust you have to do the need for steed qeust how to get that you have to build the horse stables witch you will be able to after you build the bridge

I have done this on my iPad mini and it totally works you just have to tap on the birthday cake and then double tap the home button then swipe it up then go back into the game. while you are waiting for the game to load you might hear a thump thump sound but I don't hear a thump thump sound and it still works bu when you go into the game it will still have the notice that you don't have enough lp so then double tap the home button and swipe the app up then go back into the app don't worry about the thump thump sound but when you go into the app the sim you chose to bake the birthday cake will automatically be baking the cake FOR FREE!!!!! P.S it also works for the birthday biscuit.

Once you have a baby it will ask you to buy a baby item shop then it will tell you to bye a rocking Horse then it will say make a baby into a toddler bye having it's birthday so then you can make a cake

You need to put in 10 stoves and have 10 sims keep cooking on the one min food and you will get 5lp about every 10 mins sometimes less

There are 5 lifetime points of cake that it will finnished off 1 day and gives you 999xp... That called birthday cake... Reach it until it goes back to 20 lifetime points!

I tried to make a cake for a birthday party for my baby to grow up, tried to bake it twice but they just took the LP and has not given me any XP or cake, then I went to the supermarket and bought it there but it happened same,just took LP and the cake does not help

if you are on level 13 and you did not finish the quest before the other one then you cannot do the quest till you are done with the other ones

You have to have an oven first of all. Second of all you will need 5 lifestyle points to bake it. And lastly it takes 24 hours. If you make the cake your baby will grow if you have a baby.

U need to complete all the quest of finding the artifacts and then there will be a a task to complete called "a quest for toddlers"

If you are the good level you can go to the furnace (you need to have one) and click on the birthday cake to bake it,the first is free! :D

I dot know what my birthday cake cost. I baked them so mcj and I updated to the one where you can get the upstairs and it says it is: (well you know the inventory sign? That in green)

I baked the cake for my toddler (also have a pre-teen). Cake is showing above the stove, but when I click on the toddler and use have a birthday, it tells me I have to bake a cake first! This is the second cake I baked for oddler, first one I baked and I touched the cake and it disappeared so I had to use 5 more LP and bake another one. Any idea why it keeps telling me I have to bake a cake when I already have one?

If you tab on the cake you will get the exp you have to tap the baby after the cake is done and happy birthday

Mine won't let me bake a free cake. I just did the rocking Horse challenge and it has a little "1 backpack" (like for the inventory), but when I tap it, it doesn't do anything and just goes back to the 5 LP.

Yap on the stove, then scroll down until you see the birthday cake. And I don't get why people qrr saying it's 20 LP, it's on 5LP!! Check! (this is the link to the image. I'm not sure if it's right though but it's a pictures of the birthday cake , you know?

First,you need to reach level 11, and then you to need to complete the Quest of toodler.
After you finish it, you can bake a cake in your stove.

Okay , here's my issue , I have a baby and I want her to become a toddler I'm at level 16 and every time I click have a birthday it says I must complete a toddler Quest which I already did and the birthday cake is still grey I already bought a rocking Horse and a rocking chair but the birthday cake is still grey , pleaseeeeeeeeee help

To be able to bake the cake u must first finish the stables quest

It takes 24 hours to bake a bday cake, it costs 5 LP, you need to bake it on a stove. To get the LP, you can complete the Cooking Hobby and then the next prize is 5 LP. Make sure your Sims can access the stove because most people get stuck because of it. I hope this helped :D and remember you do need to complete the baby Quest, toddler quest, preteen quest, teen quest, Adult hood quest, senior quest and then you can Age, ( baby quest to get baby's, toddler quest to age into preteens, ect) oh wait I know it's grey because you haven't done the toddler quest yet and therefore can't access it. Ok I hope that helped and now you should be able to age. :D ;)

If you get the latest update birthday cakes are now 5 life points. I find that in the latest update you have to have a sim with a Cooking Hobby to make a birthday cake.

Level 11, and you can begin the Infant to Toddler Quest by going to the nanny in the sims park as long as you aren't doing any quests, I've already aged my baby and I'm level 13

I just tap per on the stove, selected "Baking", chose Birthday Cake (5 LPs), and it takes 24 hours.
