Your baby will grow into a Toddler, but I'm not sure it will grow into a kid, a teenager, or anything else. So far they will only grow into Toddlers.

If it's Sims. 4,3,2,1 then you can have a baby but first you need to find a man then be romantic after their married get then in the bed and relax then call your husband over in the bed then press a button that says try for a baby keep on trying until the sign says you are now on maternity leave you are glowing pregnant it took me 2 days for my girl to give birth the prob is it's home birth any way I don't think you can get a teen on sims freeplay!!!!!!

U can grow up baby's into toddlers and pre tennis then teenagers then adults and finally old granny's/grandpas well on free play I think it's the same for the other sum worldsGuest answered:
They grow it to kids if you have a stove and make a birthday cake for them but while they are in the cot you need to click on them and it should say birthday and then will tell you to make a cake I currently have two kids one boy and one girl the boy is called Connor who is 5 I think and my girl is cherry who is 6 very happy and if you want to send them to School build the school and they will grow into teens hope this Nswered your question

Yes. The baby will eventually grow to be a toddler, pre-teen, and so on and so forth.
