Will my baby ever grow up into a toddler in sims free play?if so when?

I have had my baby for about a week, I can't bathe it... And I change the diaper four and five times in a row and after it fills up with green, it turns to red and it stinks again. What am I doing wrong?

That happened to me until both parents were best friends with the baby and then changed it's diaper. One parent isn't enough both have to be best friends with the baby for it to work .

Become the baby's best friend first and then everything will work!!

I think it's a glitch. What I do is click on baby and then click on adult sim and select have diaper changed. Then I immediatly make baby sleep to avoid it needing another diaper change.

With the newest update; yes, your baby can grow up into a toddler.

You make a birthday cake, then you hit the button, "have birthday". It's very simple. You do not have to be best friends for it to work.

Yes. Just click on have a birthday and they will turn into a toddler

Cook a birth day cake and it will grow up don't forget to buy a new bathtub so an adult can give the a bath

You have to use a lifestyle point to bake a birthday cake in the oven. If you don't have a oven you can buy one from the kithchen tab in the home store. Wait until the cake is finished baking and then tap "have birthday". You can't have a birthday without baking a cake though. Once you have a toddler you can turn it into a per teen sim by repeating the process. You can not turn a pre teen sim into a adult.
