You don't ... The women doesn't get pregnant really ... To have a baby your Sims need to be married and once they are married you have to buy the baby criddle and if you click on it they will try to have a baby (I think...) hope it helps !

You can't really all you do is buy a cradle and it says add baby so you press and oh ya it's 7lp so good luck!Guest answered:
First you have to get married and then once they woohoo you just have to wait about three days and it will say congratulations and the gender so she doesn't really get a baby bump!

With the new pregnancy update you can make your SIM pregnant. All you have to do is click on a crib and pay 2 l.p. For a regular pregnancy.
