How do I fulfill the baby's bathroom needs. I have changed the diaper 100's of times and it does not work...what do I do?

I have the same problem. The baby's bathroom need is never fulfilled, it's always at red for me. :\

Both my toilet and wash inspires are as low as possible. I make sure the green diamond is over the babies head and change her. I do this multiple times in a row, the wash bar will go to full but as soon as diaper change is over it goes right down again

Basically let the baby's bathroom needs get as low as possible, after some point it will go green and you can then change the diaper and it's all good to go.

I think if you change their outfit, it may help with the toilet needs

Um listen, maybe this could help make you're baby sims into a toddler and when it's a toddler feed it, bath it, make it go to the toilet, it's easy I did it and there is no red sign for me at all

I figured it out!! You need to have a birthday and turn the baby into a toddler so that they can bathe in the tub
