Question for The Sims FreePlay
I keep changing my baby's diaper because his hygiene is at the red. It fills up all the way but as soon as my sim is done changing his diaper, it switches to her, and the baby's hygiene is all the way red again.

You need to wait , eventually the red gets really low then it fills up green , like when Adult Sims wet themselves . Then you can change them and they'll stay clean.

Make sure that the green diamond is on the baby not the Adult sim. You have to change the diaper about three or four time. So every time you go to change the diaper make sure the green diamond is on the baby. Another thing once the action of changing is done, tap on the adult sim as quick as possible to avoid the green diamond going to them. This is why the hygiene Bar continues to go down right after you change the baby.

Make a sim a best friend to baby by cuddling a lot. Then have that sim change the diaper.

I created separate room for the baby, moved cradle in there and toilet need went green. Now changing diaper has effect.

The only ways to get the toilet icon to become green is by letting her/him pee or poo itself or turn it into a toddler.there is no other way

For low hygiene of infant, you need to make an Adult pick up the infant. Then tap on a bathtub. Two bathing options will appear to choose from. Any one of these options will result in the hygiene level of infant turning to green full Bar again.

can't just pick the infant, you have 4 options, and noon of them can allow you to hold them and go some where
