I've all of the above answers and did not work. If I change the diapers, the toilet and bath status goes back to red immediately. You must get a sim that is still a stranger to the baby. Then let it change the baby's diaper. It works! Hope it does with you guys.

Just leave it the game fixes that for you. Mine always goes red and then green. I never have to take them to the toilet or anywhere.

I did feed her several times, cuddle her entertained her, but nothing helped. I let her sleep. Finally I had to use a cupcake, but I cannot keep on doing that. Help!

You wait until they wee themselves when it goes red, then you change the diaper and their toilet bit will go green along with how clean they are

Feeding the baby when they are in the red works to make them go to the bathroom, then you can change their diaper to get them totally back to normal.

If they are telling you no it is because there isn't a way they can get to the baby. Make sure u put the crib in its own room so it can be reached.

What you have to do is make sure that the crib is turned the right way. I had the same problem, turned the crib and mom & dad fed baby no problem

Baby's diaper will consider as the toilet. Baby will fulfill toilet's needs himself by wearing the diaper. Just change baby's diaper once toilet needs fulfilled.

The baby will have it's wash and toilet levels down, feed the baby until it pees in the dyper, now her toilet needs have been fulfilled, after that change her dyper and she's all clean

I had the same problem. And I placed the crib in to the bathroom, closed the building mode, then open building mode again and put the crib back where ever you want it, change diaper and the toilet needs will be fullfilled. Finally!

I am still having troubles with changing the diaper. My wash levels are fine but my diaper level will not change.

I agree with placing the baby crib in the bathroom then doing a diaper change and the washing and toileting was satisfied

You need to make sure the crib I'd facing the right was one way has the front facing towards the parents if it is facing the wall they will say no

I had this problem - I turned the crib the same way the bed was so both were facing same direction head/head...then I just kept changing diaper like 6 times in a row Only and it fixed!

You don't have to fulfill the babys toilet needs, nothing works so you just let it go to red and the baby will then wet themselves which makes the hygiene go red and all you do is change diaper! Voila-all green and clean

I had this same problem diaper in the red no matter how man times I changed it. I put the baby to sleep, few seconds in I deleted the action (woke the baby up) had the parent change diaper. And it fixed the glitch, hope this helps

I had to feed the baby a bottle, cancel the feeding and then change the diaper. No other suggestions worked. Glad I figured it out because I tried everything and changed her diaper like 40 times.

You can't make a baby use the bathroom . It's just like a real life baby, you have to WAIT until she or he use the bathroom on theirselves and then mom or dad or whoever needs to change their diaper.

Well, tried moving the crib to the bathroom etc. Tried cancelling actions, the hygiene level just will not go up. I know I cannot force the baby to wee, but the baby wont stop crying cause she needs to be cleaned! I get a sim to clean her (change diaper) and instantly she is all stinky again with smelly graphics coming off her :(

I moved the crib to the bathroom, and the toilet went to green automatically. Then changed the diaper, and the cleanliness went to green.

Don't do anything to the baby, just let him do nothing until the toilet sign empty, it will become green by itself. Other signs will become less too, but you can refill it by directing other sims to do it. This will definitely works.

I tried everything, from changing his nappy by his parents to changing it with a stranger, I then fead him his bottle but half way through canceled it then with the same person changing his nappy this worked his hygiene and his toilet levels went up

I have tried moving the crib into the bathroom, I don't have any sims that are srangers to try that and I've fed the baby tons of times to no effect. However, I'm not overly concerned beacuse. Think starvation is the only way a sim can die. As soon as the stupid bday cake is finished I'm going to age the baby so it will no longer be an issue :-)

To make the baby's toilet go up click in the baby in the simtracker then click on yourself (baby) and click go to the bathroom. Hope this helps!

U have to wait until your baby pee's themselves, ( when their toilet bar fills) btw it WILL take awhile, just be patient! Then change their diaper and their cleanliness bar should fill, hope this helps!

I have a child on sims and I have changed the diper a few times and my toilet box is always green, all you have to do is get used to the patterens of the changing times, I have found that every time I feed my baby my green box will slowly go down,so every time you feed you will proberly have to change to
