What I did was I gave the simsfreeplay eggs on toast or whatever food then I can led it from eating then it worked this comment is for if you are stuckGuest answered:

All you need to do if your Sims hunger is read is grab a plate and will be about half way then have about 4 quick snacks! Hope this works 😜

My Sims never GET hungry, it's starting to make me mad. The baby needed to go to the bathroom for 4 real days... But never once got hungry or tired, or lonely in those 4 days, the bars never once went down, same with the adults. You feed them one time, maybe a snack and they are set for days... Oh and sleep... Even if they are super tired, all they need is the rest eyes or daydream and their sleep Bar is full!
