How do I delete Sim house? That is only land with no room or anything else

You should only delete the sim, not the house.

Before anything make sure theres nothing in the sim's house you want to gone.
- go to The Town Map ,
- click on the house you don't want anymore
- it gives you house options so keep scrolling to the left
- click on demolish house
