i think make sure they are at least inspired or at least almost inspired. I found 2 vomit puddles when I can back to play the game so I made all of the sims to clean themselves
Guest said: 24th Jul 2018 | REPORT
Well, the vomit puddles happen when you shake your screen.
Guest said: 26th Jan 2019 | REPORT
Wait, they do?!
Guest said: 29th Jan 2019 | REPORT
Yes they vomit when u shake the screen but mine are all sneezing too. But all my bars are at 100% I'm not understanding why
Guest answered:

All of the Sims will sneeze. It is just part of the game. And sick wise, it meens your shaking your device. Smile

I make them wash their hands ,for some reason the sneezing in to their hands no Kleenex wiping on clothes annoys the heck outa me ! Especially if the are a cook
Guest answered:

Don't worry, your Sims just sneeze when they're not doing anything else. It doesn't mean that they're sick or anything, πŸ˜€

Guest answered:

My Sims do the SAME thing, I have no idea why. I put on the winter coats on every single sim, and they're not doing it anymore. Probably just a cold. I'm celebrating Christmas in my SimTown without snow, but it's still winter. I thought the seasons didn't change, so I had them walking around in shortsleeves, and they ended up all sneezing. Now that I have them in the coats, they're all fine, so I think you should do that too.

They vomit when you shake your device. They sneeze just because.

Yes, I guess it's not a problem, but I'm still keeping the coats on till March/April, then I'm changing to a lighter piece of clothing, then in the summer I'll just give them normal ones.
Guest said: 25th Nov 2015 | REPORT
I just don't know why mine don't sneeze in winter when they have short sleeves
Guest answered:

Ok you guys are over riacting with the coats and stuff! Trust me, they're fine. U need to relax. They sneezed guys. We do that too! Who cares?!?!

Ok, this has been beaten to death. Sneezing is "normal" though a bit heavy handed in the game. Wearing clothing has nothing to do with it. Heck, I have Sims running around in their underwear and it's no problem. Problem solved, let's move on!

I had the same problem, so last night I fed everyone a plate of food rather than leftovers and gave everyone 7 hours of sleep. No sneezing at all today.

Sims sneeze and scratch (especially during their bathroom routines -- if they are idle for more than 3 or more seconds. The sneezing and scratching is intentional (this causes a reduction in your Sims cleanliness (hygiene) stats (sneezing & scratching spreads germs/bacteria)
Guest answered:

If you feed them full plate of food and give them all full shower of bath the sneezing stops.

Guest answered:

No. Sims are programmed to do so at random moments, when they are not busy getting tasks done.

Guest answered:

Mine too. I think you need to travel to the ice palace to get the anti freeze solution from the ice Queen. It worked for me.

Guest answered:

No they are fine
