My goal is 'make 4 sims firefighters' I have made 4sims firefighter but the goal won't move onto the next one Help!!!!!!

I was stuck on that one too as well. I had to shut down/exit out of game and re-enter. It took a few seconds but it changed.

This game can be dumb like that. You have to make 4 new sims firefighters....then you have to make them politicians so don'tsend them to work. These are the things that make me want to quit playing this game...

You have to make 4 more Sims firefighters. So, if you have 1 sim that was already a firefighter before, you would have to add 4 more, for a total of 5.

They have to be new firefighters...not including any you have previously created.

If you already have 4 Sims as fire fighters, you can make them quit their jobs then make them fire fighters again. This will work. The disadvantage is that you will lose whatever "rank" they are at. Example: If you have earned the status of Fire Chief and quit the job, the Sim will come back as a Firefighter. Otherwise, you have to make a new Sim and make them a firefighter.

Or you can just make one sim a firefighter and let him quit and retake the firefighter job four times. Then you won't need to lose 4 sims firefighters' ranks to complete the goal.

Sorry for stating the obvious, you can always skip the goal, it will cost 5LP, I did that when my goal was to make 4 politicians.... It just takes to long to build their rank/level again....
