Head back to the Saints HQ to start this mission. For the first part of this mission, you have to escort your homie by blowing up enemy pursuers using your RPG. Once he safely crosses the bridge, you'll have to continue providing covering fire using your sniper rifle. Continue protecting him until the gauge is filled up completely. Mission complete.
