Some of the challenges won't be available until you progress later in the game.

Grenade Kills x50

Easiest done by repeating Tank Mayhem activities.

Helicopters Destroyed x60

Helicopters are usually deployed by gangs and police at LV3 notoriety. You can easily kill these using rocket launchers, tanks and fully upgraded guns.

Boats Destroyed x25
$1500, 500R
First, you need to buy Rondini's Boat Dock crib in the Downtown area so you'll have ready access to various watercraft, including a Commander attack boat. You can increase your notoriety then board a boat so police boats and jetskis pursue you.

Tanks Destroyed x25
$1500, 500R
These are deployed at LV5 notoriety. You can also encounter these during (Hard) Tank Mayhem activity.

Carjackings x250

Obviously, cars taken forcefully from their drivers count as hijacking.

Mascots Killed x200
$1500, 500R
You'll face mascots all the time when participating in Dr. Genki's Super Ethical Reality Show. Mascots are also common in New Baranec and its surrounding areas.

Hostages Taken x50

You can start taking hostages by fast-hijacking (LB Y) a vehicle with several passengers. After taking out the driver, press Y again to start the hostage diversion.

Stores Robbed x15
$1500, 500R
You can do this on your owned shops. Just equip a gun and aim it at the clerk until you get confirmation that the holdup was successful. This will trigger the store's alarm and raise your police notoriety to LV3 immediately. Just exit the shop and enter again to remove the police notoriety.

Streaking Time – 600 seconds
$5001, 1R
To streak, you have to remove all your clothing from your crib > wardrobe option or from any clothing shop. Once butt-naked, head outside and try to shock as many people as possible to chain your sneaking time. Do this until you get a total of 600 seconds.

Take note that the people inside the vehicles can be distracted too by standing next to them. Police officers will also shoot you on sight so be careful. Lastly, you can't use weapons and thrown weapons while streaking.
Big Air Distance – 5000 ft

It will be easier and quicker to do this in Act 3 when the bridges have been raised.

Gang Members Taunted x50
$1500, 500R
You must do this before taking full control of the entire city. Otherwise, these guys will become extinct. In case you have taken over the city completely (thus making the rival gang members extinct), you can still unlock this achievement by customizing your gang and putting in rival gang members as part of your crew. When you see them walking in the street, compliment or taunt them until you get enough.

This is also related to the achievement “Love/Hate Relationship” but in this scenario, you need to taunt them completely, which usually erupts into a firefight.

Vehicle Surfing – 600 seconds
$1500, 500R
Climb up the roof of a vehicle (preferably occupied and in the middle of driving) then press Y when it appears. You need to keep your balance as long as you can. Keep doing this until you complete this challenge.

Windshield Cannon Distance – 1000 ft
$1500, 500R
Drive really fast and crash into something solid, like a wall or railing. Best done if nitrous is activated.

People Run Over x500
$1500, 500R
Drive along the sidewalk and not in the road.

Oncoming Lane Distance – 100000 ft
$1500, 500R
Drive in the other lane most of the time and you'll complete this in the long run.

Wheelie Distance – 10000 ft
$1500, 500R
This can only be done using motorbikes. When accelerating, hold down the left stick to perform a wheelie. Do this often until you get the accumulated distance to complete this challenge.

Powerslide Time – 300 seconds
$1500, 500R
You can hold your stick to the left or right while accelerating and holding the handbrake, occasionally releasing it so you'll just powerslide in circles. This is a good way of chaining powerslides.

Near Misses x500
$1500, 500R
This is best done alongside with the “Oncoming Lane Distance” challenge since vehicles will be coming right at you faster than bypassing vehicles in the same lane.

Car Torpedo Total Damage - 2000
$1500, 500R
Drive fast then jump off the vehicle by pressing Y so the vehicle crashes into destructible objects and people. More damage is done if the vehicle has nitrous activated.

Human Shields Used x150
$1500, 500R
You don't need to be fighting the police or gang members for this to count; you can just grab random strangers then throw them away/ kill them and repeat the process.

Two-Wheel Distance – 2500 ft
$1500, 500R
You can easily do this by driving one side on the railings or the concrete barriers of bridges.

Multi-kills x500
$1500, 500R
Killing 3 or more enemies in a single explosion is counted as one multi-kill. This is easiest done in Tank Mayhem activities since you don't have to worry about notoriety and you can simply blow up gang/ police vehicles before the passengers can disembark.

Basejumps Nailed x15
$1500, 500R
This is best attempted near your HQ or stronghold. Jump off the roof or helipad then set a landing target. Do your best to steer yourself to the marked location and land on it.

Stoppie Distance – 1000 ft
$1500, 500R
Drive fast using a motorbike then hit the brake while holding your stick forward to perform a stoppie. This is a bit tricky and will take longer to accumulate, considering that you can't do a stoppie at longer distances.

Distance Travelled – 2500000 ft
$1500, 500R
You'll unlock this in the long run since you'll have to move back and forth between city districts as you explore and do missions.

Gang Ops Defeated x 32

Refer to the Gang Operations section for more details. Some of the gang ops will be revealed and completed as part of a mission so the ones listed in the section are the ones you have to find manually.

Survival Completed x26

Respond to all tips you receive from your crew and survive all of them.

Headshots x500

Just aim for the head whenever you have the chance and you'll eventually unlock this as you progress through the campaign.

Nutshots x25

Press your Right Stick when you're near an enemy to perform a nutshot.

Kill Brutes x30

Best done in Tank Mayhem or just wreck the city in normal mode once you have your own tank. Brutes are delivered at LV3 gang notoriety.

STAG Commandos Killed x25
$1500, 500R
Commandos are the heavier armored stag units, donning a different color. They're a bit resilient but not tough enough, especially if your weapons are heavily upgraded.

Vehicle Mod Spending - $20000
$1500, 500R
Spend as much as you can in customizing your vehicles. You don't need to do this in one transaction; just pimp out your favorite rides and you'll unlock this eventually.

Morningstar Specialists Killed x 50
$1500, 500R
This gang's specialists are snipers with bright red coat and sniper rifles with laser sights. They're usually seen in helicopters though you can also encounter them on the ground blockades. Just kill them whenever you have the chance.

Luchadore Specialists Killed x 50
$1500, 500R
This gang's specialist is a large guy with grenade launcher capable of launching several time-delay frag grenades. They aren't hard to kill, just be careful not to get caught in their grenades' explosions.

Decker Specialists Killed x 50
$1500, 500R
This gang's specialist is a lightning-fast dudette who wields SMGs. They're almost invincible when moving but they're very easy to crush if you attack them while they're stationary.

Shortcuts Found x50

These shortcuts are a bit tricky to find. I completed this by driving through alleys and back-alleys whenever I had the chance.

Hoods Explored x18

Explore the whole city during the course of your gameplay. This challenge is also related to the achievement “Gellin' Like Magellan”

EMUs Destroyed x50
$1500, 500R
These are small compact vehicles you can find around the city. Just wreck the ones you see until you meet the quota.

Compliments Paid x50
$1500, 500R
Press the right DPAD to compliment anybody. Take note that the person you complimented must give a reaction for it to count. People busy doing something (reading the paper or talking to their phones) will ignore your attempts to compliment them.
