Head to Kinzie's hideout to start the mission. When ready, head to the nuclear power plant. Three markers will appear where Kinzie needs to hack the uplinks. You have to protect her while she's doing it.

After hacking the uplinks, head to the landing site and get in the helicopter. Once you get on top of the cooling tower, jump and parachute down. Continue downstairs until you reach the control room. You have to deactivate 4 routers so just clear the enemies as you go. Finally, you have to shut down the last router to complete the mission.

I need to know how to get there
i need help when i get into the helicopter it wont let me fly it just stands there hovering while i am being shot at please help its pissing me off!

in the part when you get in the hellicopter it will not let me get to the part where you get the chair
