First head to Cinnabar Island and talk to Blue to get him to return to Viridian. Then Fly to Viridian for your final Badge!
1) Go to the far right and take the Red Up
2) Go left and hit the Red Up
3) Go up and hit the Red Up
4) Go right one tile and hit the Red Up
5) Go Right to the Red Up
6) Go right to the far right Red Up
7) Go battle Blue

I have a lv.92 typhlosion,lv.78 ho-oh,lv.78 lugia,and a lv.78 dialga so this was very easy.
What team would you recommend to fight Blue? And what would you think the minimum level of the pokemon should be?
