I have completed the game on both aliases, but I can't do bull's 4th race (the checkpoint)on my main played alias. I don't get a checkpoint time boost on the 3rd checpoint, so I can't get 100 carreer on it. But on the other alias, I get that time bonus. HELP MEEEEEE PLEASE

I know that after you pay off your entire loan to Tom Nook, he builds a statue of you by the train station. I've read that you get a ladder to get to another part of your town. Is this true? If so, how do I get the ladder? Thanks.
