In my game I've captured various Pokèmon from trainers using the AR code "Snag all Enemies". They appear like normal shadow Pokèmon, but when I go the the Relic Stone to Purify them, they can't be Purified. The Stone doesn't even react to them nor does the time flute. Any suggestions to how to get these Pokèmon to purify? And YES their Heart Gauge is empty. It says to "Undo the Final Lock"

I ran into this problem as well. I found if you brought a legit shadow Pokemon that needed to undo final with the cheat Pokemon then you can do it. The legit Pokemon opens the menu so you can purify or unshadow the cheat Pokemon
I know it's a bit late. But you need to have 1 'real' shadow Pokemon that can unlock his heart. So that the relic stone will open. And then you can open all cheated Pokemon hearts. Note you need to remove the cheat code before doing this
