It's called the "Unknown" Element, and to get it, you need to do these things in order:
1. In the desert, cast "Thunder" on a green cactus.
2. In the desert, cast "Gravity" on a broken tent that's east of the cactus.
3. In the desert, cast "Fire" on a rock formation that looks like a mushroom that's south of the broken tent and through one or two quick-sand holes.
4. In the desert, cast "Blizzard" on the three rocks east of the cactus. you have to freeze one at a time to try to get the order correct.
5. In the desert, after all of the above have been done, cast "Holy" on a ghostly-white flower that is south fo the cactus. (It's a long walk to the flower!)
P.S. If you did the step correctly, there will be a small cut-scene. Also, you can do these steps in any order as long as you do the flower very last. Finally, if the cut-scenes do not show, that means all you have to do is use "Holy" on the flower.
