Were can I find the Cursed Crook I only need that for my dessign for dark weapon?

The Cursed Crook can be obtained from the Goblin King - boss of Goblin wall - if two conditions are met: the level must be in it's third phase, and you must get a fairly high score, around 160-190 (even then it may not appear, so persist to succeed). Good luck!
