Dark Weapon

Are there certain requirements you have to complete to get the design for the Dark Weapon? I am on year 10 almost 11 and I have tried to get the Dark Weapon Design probably 10 times. I get over 200+ points but it doesnt come up. I have all the items needed to get it but I can't get the design. I have also beaten the game once. Any help would be very nice.

You have to get the Design by beating the Rabenna Te Ra boss and having at least 185 points.

Also adding to the previous answer rebena te ra has to be in cycle 3
