How to get rings

Okay I'm at a tuff spot I need to get all the rings,how do I get the rings.

There isnt a certain way to get them. You have to gett a certain number of bonus points.But this may help. Blizzard Ring-Veo Lu Sluice
Thunder Ring-Selepation Cave
Flame Ring-Kilanda
Cure Ring-Conall Curach
Life Ring-Selepation Cave

I can't say how many points you need. But I suggest if you have a Gameboy Advance Use that to get your bonus to be Inflict damage.Hope I helped.
