Ceraisian Alchemist

Date of Question: Dec 2 2007 | Question ID: 102068

Okay, I have several problems for you experts to help me with. Here's a little bit about my character and village that I need help with.

The main village that I play with the most (I have many files) is Opal. (I change the names of my villages.) Opal is one (1) of my Clavet only villages. It's on it's 15th year almost 16th for collecting myrrh. All of the occupations are taken. The character I use all the time from Opal is Isesis (it's pronounced Isis). She is a Clavet. She has the unknown element for her crystal chalice. She has seven (7) hearts of health. She is the Alchemist's daughter.

Now, here are my problems with Isesis.

1.) Her father, Aaron, crafted her a scroll for the Ring of Invincibility and for the Greatest Weapon. She as been holding onto them for a while. Here's what I need to know about them.

-Where can I craft them?
-What are the materials for each?
-Where can I find each material? (If they include Iron, Bronze, Mytheril, or Orichalcum, don't tell me where I can find those. Just the other stuff.)
-How much does it cost to make them?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2.) Almost all of Isesis's item pockets are full of scrolls to make weapons of acessories and crafting materials to send to her parents. There's barely any room to fit Magicite or Pheonixe Downs when I'm using her in a dungeon. If she picks up food, I have her eat it of destroy it. I have her destroy crafting materials that I either have too many of, can buy later (I have about 113,000 gil), or are common that I know that I can get another time. I also have her destroy her weakest armers, weakest shields, and weakest weapons. If she picks up any scrolls, I'll have her destroy them is it's the scroll of something I already have in my item pockets, already have made, or is not suitable for my character (anything that a Clavet cannot use, or any acessories that a woman cannot use). When she gets food from her parents before she gpes out for another year, she either eats them, sells them to the merchant, or destroys them. I also have her destroy any Pheonixe Downs she picks up.
**Here's my overall problem with #2**
Isesis keeps recieving fan mail from people she doen't know and they won't stop. It's a different person each time. I have no clue where these people are from except fot Morris (he's from the Fields of Fum). I haven't gotten a letter from my parents in ages. I haven't been able to send them any letters with materials at all (this is why most of my pockets are full). I would like to know how to make these people stop without being rude or mean or making it sound like I don't give a crap about them. (Pardon my wording. But still.)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

3.)In Mt. Vellenge, there's this thing that glinches my chalice crystal. Isesis is getting weakened by the miasma, she can only use Cure, monsters keep attacking her so she barely has time to use Cure without getting attacked or weakened by miasma, she doesn't have enough rooms to store Pheonixe Downs (see Problem #2 for explanation). Does having myyrh in your chalice make a difference in this? If not, what can I do about that?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4.) Isesis used to write stuff in her diary after each year ended. Well, she stopped doing that at the end of year 12. It started saying "And so ends my year ___." This started at the end of year 13. Plus, it seems like now the only way to get more memories is to defeate dungeons. Why is this?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

5.) This question is out of curiosity. What happened to De Nam? The last time he wrote me a letter ever, he said that he wanted me to come to Conall Curach. Some of the letters in that letter were missing, but could still read it without any difficulty. When I get there, all I found of him was a Worn Bandanna with the name "De Nam" inside it. I kept it in hopes I could find him and return it to him. Besides, it wouldn't be right to sell his posessions without his permission (that's just what I think). Plus, I kept it in memory of him. Is he dead or something? After that, I never heard from him again. Is it okay for me to get rid of his Bandanna or should I still hold onto it? If I sell it, I'll only get 1 gil for it. If I try to sell it in my village, I'll get 0 gil for it.

Please don't tell me to start over. Because I'm going to mark your response as bocus if you do. I need a real answer. Because I'm really stuck. Thank you very much if you can help me.

Question 1. The ultimate weapon for Clavats it called the Dark Weapon.(If thats what your feferring to). I've never heard of the Ring of Invincibillity.

Quesion 2. I had that problem once to. First of all what year are you in? Just keep sending replies back. Thats what I did. They will eventually stop.

Qestion 3. No. Having Mhyrr in your chalice doesnt make a difference. I suggest getting the Wisdom Tailsmen. It makes your spellcasting faster.
Question 4. Because you have seen all the events there are to see. You can't get any more memories except by doing levels.
Quesion 5. He died in Conall Curach. You can sell the bandanna if you want to. Nothing will happen. Well hope that helps.

Ok I can answer you questions beter now.

1. I am trying to figur out where those items are to. I do know that the ultimite is sold by the village merchant, but you have to get the level up on the merchant. Your blacksmith can make it, but like the merchant, you have to get him leveled up. I think the ultmite weapon cost 50000 gil to make.

2. Ive gotten that to. I don't know yet how to get rid of them. 3. I have personally beaten that level and all you have to do is either keep running and risk it, or attack the thing that cancels out the crystal.

4. I've gotten that too.(Im on level 29) I think it is because there are no more esciting things to write. I think it is just part of the game.

5. Like I said earlier, De Nam died. You can sell his headband but it wont effect anything in the game. And do not restart your game unless you want to. I made that mistake once. Well hope I helped.
