How Do You Get Suicen, Entei, And Reiko. And if so is There a easier Way

You can only get one of them. This is which one you get:
Your Starter Legendary Dog
Bulbusar Entei
Squirtle Raikou
Charmander Suicune
You only need to run around Kanto and find them. Use Repels if necessary.

Beat the Elite Four and they will roam Kanto. This has NOT been tested, but it should work. Get Pokemon below level 50 and above level 5 that knows sweet scent. Get a max repel. Go to Pallet Town. Get in the grass and use the max repel. Use sweet scent.

Depends on your Starter Pokemon...after you beat the Elite 4 and got the national dex by catching 60+ Pokemon and talking to prof oak..
Heres how it works...if you pick:
Bulba you get Entei(suckish dog ever)
Suirty you get Raikou(best)
Char you get Suicune(alright)

The ways to get Suicune, Entei, and Raiko is by using a cheat device, trading from Pokemon Colessium. Also you can only catch 1 in your firered. The order of getting them depends on the Starter Pokemon you picked.
Bulbasour: you can catch Entei
Charmander: you can catch Suicune
Squirttle: you can catch Reiko
Easier way to find them is by using a MAx Repel to have a higher chance at encountering them.

After you beat the eliete four they will roam around Kanto.
You can only get one depending on your Starter Pokemon.
Also after you find the once, if you fail to catch them then you can find their current postion in the Pokedex
